How do I reserve a date?
By signing a contract with us and paying a non-refundadble deposit of $500.00 will secure your date.
What does the site fee include?
The site fee will include a 10 or 12 hour day allowing for set up and break down depending on the package you have choosen.. If you need a early check in the day of event there is a $275.00 early arrival fee. If you need access the day before ( if available) for install and set up we charge a $950.00 fee. If you go over your 10 or 12 hour time frame a $400 per hour fee will be issued.
Can I Use my own Vendors?
Of course you can. We have amazing recommendations of vendors we use and have awesome deals, but we get it!!! you might want that fancy feast of Rabbit or a dinner filled with only candy and ice cream!! Your choice, ooh and there is not a fee for using another vendor.
The only thing we require is for you to give us a list of the venders you use and please make sure they can prove insurance and accredited.
Can I buy my own alcohol?
Yes you are required to bring your own Alcohol. Last Stop Weddings does not Provide alcohol unless it is contracted out with approval and the package. You MUST have a Bartender that is in compliance with insurance, licensing and ABC permits. Last Stop Weddings can recommend you our in house Bartenders.
Do I need to have a wedding coordinator? or event Professional?
For our weddings at Last Stop Wedding we required a "day of "wedding coordinator that is not part of the wedding party or a guest. For an event or party it is not required to have coordinator. We have a package that offers in house wedding coordination and party coordination, please call for prices.
What about parking????
There is a ton of street parking out front and if you are looking for a more secure parking please as for deatils and priceing
